Forearm bone fracture in a 35 years old male fixed with a plate and multiple screws. Precision and confidence along with the thorough knowledge of anatomy is very important while operating such fractures as there are important structures around this area (nerves and blood vessels). A slight mistake can cause permanent damage to these important structures. This patient was treated in an emergency situation and post surgery assessment showed no damage to any vital structures.
