48 year old male patient met with a bike accident and broke his thigh bone (femur)..when the x-rays(radiographs) were done, we found that the same bone was operated else where 15 years back and a nail was inserted in the bone which was removed but still few screws were left inside the bone and the lower end of the bone was deformed (bowing of the bone, as can be appreciated in the x-ray).. With great difficulty Dr Tushar Chaudhari removed the screws, fixed the fracture with locking plate and screws and put additional bone graft at the fracture site for better healing of the fracture..
